Session Format — Workshop Roundtable
- Intro & Check-In (5 min) — Name, your role/company, one AI tool you brought to share (if you have one — no pressure!)
- Roundtable Shares (30 min) — Each participant gets 3–5 minutes to demo/share their tool: what it does, how they use it, what it cost/saves, and one tip for getting started
- Discussion & Q&A (15 min) — Open discussion: which tools overlap? Which solve different problems? Group identifies the top 3 "must-try" tools
- Action Commitments & Close (5 min) — Each person commits to trying one new tool shared in the session

After this roundtable, members will be able to identify and evaluate at least 3 AI/automation tools that could save them significant time in their current workflow.

Format: Live 55-min Workshop Roundtable (group share + discussion + action commitments)
Learning Outcome: "After this roundtable, members will be able to identify and evaluate at least 3 AI/automation tools that could save them significant time in their current workflow — with real use cases and honest assessments from fellow small-team operators."
What to Bring (Optional): If you already use an AI or automation tool you love — or one you're curious about — bring it along and be ready to share what it does, how you use it, and one tip for getting started. Bringing a tool is not mandatory — you're welcome to join just to listen, learn, and discover tools from others. Screen-sharing is welcome but not required.
Who Should Attend: Solo founders and small-team operators who want to discover practical, time-saving AI and automation tools they can put to work immediately.
